Priscila Brolio Gonçalves practices economic law, with focus on competition and regulation, distribution agreements, consumer relations, commercial defense and public biddings. Besides providing consultancy to Brazilian and foreign companies, Priscila acts before the administrative authorities of antitrust and consumer defense, both in merger notifications and in behavior investigations and litigates cases related to her expertise areas.

Cited as “a fast developing star of the future” in the competition area in Brazil by Chambers Global 2008, ranked among recognized competition law specialists (Chambers LatAm and PLC’s Which Lawyer – 2009, 2010, 2011; Legal Media Group/Euromoney’s Expert Guides to the World’s Leading Competition & Antitrust Lawyers/Economists – 2010-11 and to the World’s Leading Women in Business Law – 2010-11), she has two published books on vertical restraints (Suggested Resale Price and RPM in Distribution Agreements, 2002; Compulsory Negotiation in the Antitrust Law, 2010) and several published articles.

Enrolled in the Brazilian Bar Association since 1998; Member of IBRAC’s Council (2010-2012); member of CECORE (the Committee for Studies on Competition and Regulation of São Paulo Branch of the Brazilian Bar Association, 2004-06; 2009-…); member of the Group of Studies on Competition Law of FIESP (the Federation of Industries of São Paulo, 2008-...) and member of the Legal Advisory Board for SINDUSCON (the Construction Industry Trade Association in São Paulo).

Priscila is an international member of the American Bar Association (ABA); member of the ABA’s Antitrust Section; member of the International Bar Association (IBA), Non-governmental advisor (NGA) for the International Competition Network (ICN)’s Agency Effectiveness and Unilateral conducts Groups.
